TERMS AND CONDITION OF GOODS RETURN OR
WARRANTY POLICY
Goods return and warranty are very important service after sale. Computer
and Components Warehouse stands behind every product sold and satisfy
all request from customers and clients. But we still highly recommend
customer and client read the TERM and CONDITION before sumit an order.
All goods warranty period start from the date of invoice. All warranty service
require original invoice, We recommend you keep your purchase invoice untill
warranty expire.

Return Authorisation Number Application
Form
Goods Return
All products of dead on arrival, damaged in transit or incorrectly shipped
can be return.
Re-Stock Fee
20% of the purchase price charged if the product is returned within 14 days
after purchase.
Opened and Used Product
Opened and Used product such as software, camera, inks can not be
returned for credit. Defective products appliy warranty only.
Special Orders
Certain hardware items and all custom/special orders may only be
returned for replacement.
Return Shipping
All goods sold by Computer and Components Warehouse come with
a Return To Base (RTB) warranty for different period except a special
indication on invoice. All returns for warranty must be shipped
freight pre-paid.
Return Authorisation Number
All product return by courier must be with Return Authorisation Number (RAN)
issue by CCW.
You must appliy RAN before sent goods. The Application
Form can be fill at warehouse if you come warehouse.
Tech Support and Warranty
Many manufacturers offer technical support. Please review our Manufacturer's
List to contact the manufacturer directly for assistance. Manudacturer's
direct warranty service will be more fast than return to base warranty.
International Warranties
Shipping items outside of Australia may void the manufacturer's
warranty. Please contact the warranty holder listed on the
product description page for further details.
