Workshop Service Charge
- Minimum service charge $25.00 for less than half hour job.
- Service hour rate $55.00 for more than 30min and less 2 hours.
- Service hour rate $45.00 for more than 2 hours
- Over night testing $45.00 for system burning test.

Onsite Service Charge
- Onsite service first hour $77.00 and minimum 1 hour.
(Clayton CBD up to 30Km)
- Onsite service first hour $99.00 and minimum 1 hour.
(Clayton CBD over 25Km up to 50Km)
- After first hour follow Workshop Service Charge rate.
- After business our time Service hour rate charge 1.4 times.
(for example $45.00 per hour increase to $63.00 per hour).
Call response time between 8:00am to 10:00pm.

Contract Onsite Service - Save money and service easy and quick
- Pay $550.00 to buy about 10 hours standard service from us.
- Call us for service any time and redeem prepaid service hours.
- Prepaid service hours can continually use, no expire date.
